Emma Montebello Crowned Marsa Open Ladies' Champion

The prestigious MAPFRE MSV Life Marsa Open 2025 proved to be a memorable event for Asciak Tennis Academy, with two of its standout players - Emma Montebello and Julia Perera Vega - reaching the final of the Ladies’ Singles Event.

This year’s tournament brought together some of the best talent in Maltese tennis. As the matches progressed, both Emma and Julia made steady progress through the draw, impressing spectators and fellow players alike with their consistency, composure, and technical precision. Their advancement to the final was not only a testament to their individual growth but also a reflection of the Academy’s commitment to nurturing elite-level players.


Having two finalists from the same academy is a rare and proud achievement. It underscores the effectiveness of the training programs at Asciak Tennis Academy, which continues to develop players who compete successfully at the national and international level.
