Fun Tennis Tournament

The Asciak Tennis Academy hosted yet another exciting tournament at Marsa Sports Club, welcoming a record 46 participants for the Green Dot event held on a beautiful spring morning on the 19th of March 2025. With players, parents, and coaches all contributing to a vibrant and supportive atmosphere, the event marked another successful day in the Academy’s junior development calendar.

Green Dot A Group Champion: Ed Spiteri Paris

8-year-old Ed Spiteri Paris emerged as the winner of the Green Dot A Group, showing consistency and focus throughout the event. In the final, he faced fellow 8-year-old Christian Farrugia, with both players putting on a great display of tennis for their age.

Girls Singles A Group

In the girls' draw, Nina Gasan impressed the crowd with a composed performance to defeat Dana Calleja in the final and claim the top spot.

Boys B Singles

Winner: Bruno Fiala

Runner-up: Cyril Carabott

Trophy Presentation

Trophies were presented by Gordon Asciak and Sean Grech, who also awarded medals to all participants. Gordon noted how impressed he was with the overall level shown by the Green Dot players throughout the tournament.
